Shipping + Handling
We process orders Monday through Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM EST) in the order they are received. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day. Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days, although we have little control once it leaves our warehouse. International orders are subject to a shipping and handling charge of $20. Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional handling fee.
Look Organics Package Protection
Look Organics is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered. If you have experienced a package misplacement or encountered any issues with your package, kindly send us an email within 30 days from the date of your order. Please note, we do offer Look Organics Package Protection to help ensure your order is protected, in the instance that it becomes lost-in-transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. All claims must be submitted through a customer service representative at email@example.com within 30 days from the date of your order.
If you do not opt into Look Organics Package Protection and are experiencing difficulties locating your order. We require a missing parcel claim to be filed with either USPS or Canada Post, as verification.
