Where are the products made?

In order to maintain a superior level of quality, all of our products are manufactured in Toronto, Canada. We work diligently with trusted chemists in Canada to develop our own advanced formulas, which allows us to control quality and pricing that ultimately benefit our customers. Local, sustainable, and fair trade are essential principles to the LOOK Organics team.


What is the shelf life of your products?
Due to the organic nature of our products and the absence of synthetic preservatives, we recommend all of our products to be used within 12 months of opening. 


How do you preserve your products without the use of synthetic preservatives?
Our products are made in small batch, prepared per order within days of delivery and are only available to purchase online - which is why we don't believe in adding in harsh preservatives.

We choose to use high-quality ingredients with specific combinations to extend the shelf lives of our products, and when needed we add natural preservatives such as Vitamin E. 


Do you do animal testing?
Absolutely not! We believe in a cruelty-free world where no animal has to suffer to conduct archaic product testing.


Are your products organic?
Yes! We are USDA Organic certified and only use the highest quality organic products.


How should I store my products?
There is no need to keep the products in the refrigerator, but we highly recommend that they are stored out of direct sunshine.


What is your return policy?
As of right now, we cannot accept returns of open products.
