The supplement industry can be overwhelming. With so many supplements and brands to choose from, it can be daunting to find the best selection.

Something to remember, a supplement should be exactly that: a supplement. 

Supplements should never replace eating a nutrient-dense diet.
 
While everyone's supplementation needs will look different, wen it comes to choosing supplements, we recommend steering clear of supplements with the following ingredients: 
 
-    Titanium dioxide
-    Artificial sweeteners
-    Artificial flavors
-   Artificial food dye
-    High fructose corn syrup
-    Hydrogenated vegetable oil
-    Unsafe amounts of heavy metals
-  MSG
-  Stearic acid

We also recommend being
 weary of  “all natural” labeled on the product used as a greenwashing tactic.
 
Questions to ask yourself:

Is the nutrient bioavailable to the body?

Do you know the origin of the ingredient sourcing?

Is the supplement 3rd party tested for heavy metal levels?

Is this company transparent with their testing?

Any contraindications for any current prescriptions you may be taking?

Are there any other supplements that you are taking that should not be combined with each other?
